…Harmony FLOW is circulation of the prana love flow to the heart and everywhere in the body, mother earth and universe.  We focus on alignment, breath and energetic movement with lots of rest and relaxation in deep stretching and releasing moments.

Balance is located at 267 Kingsbury Grade SR 207 (next to 7-11)
